[REMOTE] Associate Principal (acoustic design & acoustical project management exp.) Description
Our client, SH Acoustics, is seeking a Remote Associate Principal to join their team. In this role, you will be leading the design and delivery of room acoustics, sound isolation, and noise control solutions for high-performance environments, including luxury residential, museum, and commercial spaces. You’ll work closely with architects, designers, and AV teams, managing projects from early design through final installation. You will also spend about 50% of your time on business development focusing on nurturing existing client relationships and helping develop accounts. Our client has more business than they can often keep up with so while other firms might be positioning themselves for future buyouts, our client has no plans of slowing down. Aside from career stability this position also offers a clear path towards a Principal role with equity opportunity. With considerable growth potential and a leadership team that truly wants to take care of their people, this is a rare opportunity to build your legacy with a Managing Partner who wants to give you a seat at the table.
