You’ll partner closely with plant leadership to lead change initiatives, support workforce planning, and drive employee engagement, all while ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements. Human Resources Manager (Mfg./Union exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Lead change management and cultural improvement initiatives
•    Manage union relations, including CBAs, grievances, and negotiations
•    Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies
•    Oversee hiring, workforce planning, and onboarding
•    Drive performance management and employee engagement
•    Support compensation, benefits, and retention strategies
•    Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data 
•    Lead employee engagement initiatives 
•    Develop and implement workforce planning strategies 

Human Resources Manager (Mfg./Union exp. req.) Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree OR an HR-related certification (PHR, SHRM, etc.) required 
•    5+ years of human resources experience in a manufacturing environment required
•    Union experience required 
•    Strong background in change management and labor relations required 
•    Must be willing to work onsite
