We are a U.S.-based company with an international remote team, seeking highly motivated individuals in Egypt to join our B2B sales internship program. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain professional experience in outbound sales while working alongside a seasoned team across the U.S., Philippines, and Egypt. 
As an Inside Sales Intern, you will receive paid training, access to cloud-based calling tools, and support through weekly team meetings and 1:1 coaching. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound cold calls to U.S. businesses to generate interest and schedule introductory meetings. This internship is designed as a pathway to full-time employment. Interns who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and performance may be offered a permanent position at the end of the program. Those not extended an offer will still receive a professional reference, provided they show up consistently and complete their responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable being pleasantly persistent on the phone and laser-focused on uncovering needs.

•    Conduct an assigned number of outbound calls to a targeted list of U.S. businesses
•    Use talking points effectively while adapting to each conversation
•    Engage prospects to identify interest and seize opportunities to schedule meetings
•    Apply feedback and review updated scripts/talking points to continuously improve performance
•    Meet activity and performance targets set by your manager

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required
•    Confident, clear communicator—comfortable speaking on the phone with U.S. decision makers
•    Strong interest in sales, business, or communications
•    Quick learner with the ability to apply scripts/talking points
•    Proficient with computers and open to learning new software
•    Reliable internet connection (wired, not Wi-Fi or mobile)
•    Dedicated home workspace with minimal interruptions
•    Reliable working computer and computer headset with microphone required
•    General availability for 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, during US East Coast business hours
