Manufacturing Quality Specialist Description

Our client, a small, well-established manufacturer in the aerospace and defense sector, is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of quality systems, compliance, and audits while working closely with a tight-knit group of engineers and technicians. Manufacturing Quality Specialist Responsibilities

•    Develop, maintain, and improve quality management systems 
•    Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards 
•    Lead internal audits and certification processes
•    Investigate product non-conformances and implement corrective actions
•    Inspect incoming components and outgoing products for compliance with standards
•    Partner with customers and government inspectors during audits and source inspections
•    Maintain accurate documentation and quality records

Manufacturing Quality Specialist Qualifications

•    2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment required 
•    Experience with inspections, audits, and corrective actions required 
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required
