Salary: Base + Commission (OTE $220k-$230k)

Our client, a global AI and data consulting firm, is seeking a seasoned GTM Strategist to drive the growth of their U.S. consulting services business. In this role, you will lead partner and client development efforts centered on cloud-based data and AI advisory, implementation, and managed services. You’ll expand services-led partnerships with Databricks, cultivate new enterprise clients, and identify high-impact use cases that translate into long-term consulting engagements. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience building enterprise consulting services pipelines, a consultative sales approach, and a strong understanding of AI/ML and cloud data platforms. This is an opportunity to shape the U.S. go-to-market strategy, build a strategic services portfolio, and collaborate with top-tier technology partners.

Business Development Consultant, Enterprise Data & AI Services / GTM Strategist Responsibilities

•    Drive U.S. GTM strategy for data/AI consulting services with Databricks field and sales teams
•    Develop and expand enterprise client relationships through consultative engagement
•    Scope, propose, and close advisory and implementation services opportunities
•    Build services-led value propositions aligned with client business needs across key verticals
•    Represent the firm’s consulting expertise at partner and industry events
•    Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored AI/Data service offerings
•    Build use-case driven value propositions with customer stakeholders
•    Grow existing accounts, introducing new service opportunities, deepening advisory relationships
•    Capture market feedback to inform service accelerators and delivery frameworks
•    Manage pipeline activity and track services revenue growth in CRM

Business Development Consultant, Enterprise Data & AI Services / GTM Strategist Qualifications

•    10+ years of business development in enterprise consulting/professional services required
•    Strategic understanding of Data, AI/ML, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) required
•    Proven consultative sales track record closing enterprise services engagements required
•    Experience building executive relationships and expanding enterprise accounts required
•    Familiarity with partner-led services development (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) required
•    Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office required
•    Willingness/ability to travel 30%–40% (including some overnights) is required
