In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients—answering calls, guiding them through the intake process, and ensuring they feel confident and welcomed. You will also play a key role in using and optimizing the firm’s client and case management systems. [Remote] Legal Intake Specialist (2+ yrs legal intake exp req) Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with warmth and professionalism
• Gather client information through detailed intake questionnaires
• Qualify leads and convert them into new client appointments
• Schedule consultations across multiple calendars
• Track lead progress and ensure required documentation is collected
• Send engagement letters and follow up on their return
• Create invoices, process payments, and follow up on overdue balances
• Manage lead lists in MyCase and update client data accurately
• Draft documents and requests using firm templates
• Prepare digital and physical case files for legal team handoff
• Support special projects and attend firm trainings
