HR Technology & Automation Manager Description

Our client is looking for an HR Technology & Automation Manager to join their team in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you will transform HR operations by leveraging HR systems, people data, automation, and AI tools to build scalable processes that improve internal operations and enhance the employee experience. You’ll lead HR technology initiatives, automate manual processes, and partner with stakeholders to ensure reliable, accessible, and actionable people data. HR Technology & Automation Manager Responsibilities

•    Lead HRIS optimization efforts to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data
•    Design and implement automations to eliminate manual work and create scalable HR processes
•    Partner cross-functionally to align systems, reporting, and processes
•    Serve as the SME for HR technology, including surveys, performance management, and LMS
•    Champion change adoption, building awareness of new systems and ways of working
•    Lay the foundation for future system transitions

HR Technology & Automation Manager Qualifications

•    3+ years of hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and people data required
•    Experience designing and implementing scalable HR workflows and automations required
•    Passion for process optimization, emerging HR technologies, and AI tools required
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
