Engineering Manager, Embedded Systems – Hardware & Software (manufacturing) Responsibilities
•    Lead the development of embedded software, vision systems, and related hardware
•    Oversee Programming Team (5) and the delivery of their embedded systems projects
•    Establish clear performance goals, mentor engineering team, and provide feedback
•    Manage project timelines, scope, resource planning, and change management
•    Partner with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure seamless system performance
•    Create and implement best practices for embedded software development
•    Develop and enforce a structured testing and release strategy 
•    Define test cases, performance benchmarks, and failure criteria for validation processes
•    Implement a revision control system for software releases to support field reliability 
•    Recommend technologies that enhance product safety and automation
•    Encourage a culture of responsibility, innovation, and continuous improvement
Engineering Manager, Embedded Systems – Hardware & Software (manufacturing) Qualifications
•    Strong background within systems engineering/systems integration required 
•    Project leadership experience within manufacturing required 
•    Experience integrating software and hardware projects required 
•    Hands-on coding (any language) experience is required  
•    Able to work onsite daily required
