Client Account Manager Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular follow-ups to address customer concerns
• Manage customer escalations and service complaints
• Identify, interview, and onboard new subcontractors to meet business needs
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure service expectations are met
• Conduct site visits to audit service quality
• Complete change of service forms and ensure all account updates are accurately recorded
• Manage territory growth by identifying opportunities to expand services
• Provide regular updates on account status, service challenges, and business opportunities
Client Account Manager Qualifications
• 2+ years of B2B client support experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to work occasional (1x per month) nights/weekends required
