REMOTE - Territory Manager (Biotech & Laboratory Sales Exp. Req.) Description
Our client in the biotechnology industry is looking for a Territory Manager in Florida to drive sales for their DNA & RNA purification business across the Southeastern United States. This fully remote role allows you to work from your home office while spending 3–4 days per week in the field visiting customers. You will manage and grow a mix of existing accounts (50%) while proactively developing new business (50%) within biotech companies, research centers, universities, and private laboratories. The ideal candidate will have outside sales experience in the biotech or laboratory industry, selling products, services, or technologies to scientists and research professionals. REMOTE - Territory Manager (Biotech & Laboratory Sales Exp. Req.) Responsibilities
• Increase and maintain sales within the existing customer base
• Research and develop new business opportunities
• Regularly visit biotech/pharmaceutical companies, research centers, universities, and labs
• Spend 3-4 days per week in the field, visiting 2-3 customers per day
• Assess customer needs and suggest the appropriate product
• Follow up on product samples and share promotional pricing
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as needed
• Support the US distribution partner with product questions related to academic customers
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM
• Support the National Sales Manager with annual forecasting
• Work independently while also supporting team member efforts

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 1+ years of outside sales experience in the biotech/laboratory industry is required
• Comfortable hunting for new business (50%) is required
• Ability to visiting customers 3-4 days per week, including 25% overnights, is required
• Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license is required
