Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Project Manager Description

Our client, a leader in the aviation construction industry, is looking for a self-motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity with high visibility, high impact, and room for growth. In this role, you will be responsible for field coordination, subcontractor management, and cultivating strong client relationships. Initially, your efforts will concentrate on projects in Dulles, and Arlington, VA. To thrive in this role, you must be an organized self-starter with a proven ability to manage project timelines and cultivate client relationships.

Project Manager Responsibilities

•    Manage and coordinate construction projects 
•    Be the main point of contact and work directly with clients, to ensure that their needs are met
•    Lead project meetings to discuss progress, change orders, and any potential issues
•    Build trusting, mutually respectful long-term relationships 
•    Support company growth by assisting with business development

Project Manager Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree required  
•    5+ years of commercial construction experience required 
•    Proven experience managing projects valued at $5 million or more required
•    Strong understanding of contracts, change orders, and site coordination required
