Location: Remote in the Northeast US (MA/NH preferred)
Salary: $125,000 – $160,000 + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus (1st yr OTE $145k – $210k)

Our client, a wholesale insurance Managing General Agency (MGA) with a national footprint, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to drive growth across the New England region. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a territory, build deep broker relationships, and lay the groundwork for a future regional office. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your book of business and, over time, lead and build a local team. [REMOTE] Commercial Lines Producer (Wholesale Insurance) Responsibilities
• Build and expand the New England territory for commercial lines business
• Develop strong relationships with retail brokers in target industries
• Prospect for new clients using your network and strategic outreach
• Manage the full policy lifecycle from quoting to binding
• Resolve policy binding issues promptly and effectively
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads while sourcing your own
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Collaborate with leadership to establish and grow a future New England office
• Mentor and help onboard future team members as the office develops

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Property & Casualty Producer’s license required
• 5+ years of insurance sales experience required
• 2+ years of wholesale insurance/brokerage experience required
• 2+ years of business development experience required
