Program Manager, Recruiting Operations Description

Our client is looking for a Program Manager, Recruiting Operations to add to their team in Santa Clara, CA. Reporting directly to the Manager, Recruiting Operations, you will help lead efficiency improvements, integrate emerging technologies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. As a person irked by a lack of process and structure, you will be the driving force behind organization and program management within recruiting operations. You will lean into your work putting to use your people skills to help rally colleagues around projects, and your next-level-organization skills to efficiently/effectively map out projects and drive them forward. Program Manager, Recruiting Operations Responsibilities

•    Drive execution of recruiting operations projects
•    Identify gaps in process and proactively propose solutions
•    Restructure campus and events programs
•    Redesign dashboards and reporting systems
•    Seek opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes while ensuring data accuracy
•    Support international expansion efforts
•    Manage project planning, deliverables, and updates
•    Partner with executives to launch new recruiting programs and initiatives
•    Rally teams and stakeholders around shared goals
•    Define scope and framework, bringing structure to projects
•    Embrace emerging technology; drive innovation within recruiting operations

Program Manager, Recruiting Operations Qualifications

•    5+ years of program management experience in recruiting operations required
•    Project management experience required
•    High-growth tech experience required
•    Track record of designing, implementing and managing recruiting programs required
•    Comfort and experience with AI tools and recruiting systems required
•    Data tracking, reporting and optimization/automation experience required
