Ecommerce Manager (luxury retail ecommerce & digital marketing exp. req.) Description
Our client, a high-end accessories designer and manufacturer, is looking to add an Ecommerce Manager to their Team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing their two websites and their digital marketing channels. Working in conjunction with their external agencies and partners, you will create and execute their ecommerce strategy across both brands. Their in-house Web Team is comprised of two brand managers, a social media lead, and digital content coordinator who focuses on their photography archive. Given their footprint in the luxury market, they’re seeking candidates with experience overseeing ecommerce for more of that upscale clientele. Someone who can easily speak to their success maintaining website functionality, supporting successful product launches, and enhancing digital engagement. With products sold in Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue and press features in Harpers Bazaar, Goop, Oprah Magazine, and the Wall Street Journal, you can make an impact within a highly revered company without having to travel to Manhattan. Ecommerce Manager (luxury retail ecommerce & digital marketing exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Own online customer experience (web design, navigation, checkout process, etc.)
• Develop the overall ecommerce strategy for the direct-to-consumer business
• Analyze each website’s traffic and sales data to identify trends
• Oversee online product catalog and inventory
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, affiliates, and photographers
• Collaborate with external partners to develop online advertising and promotional campaigns
• Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines
• Manage, implement, and track email campaigns directly to consumers and retailers
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Lead the development and implementation of all web development
• Identify opportunities to enhance online sales and revenue
Ecommerce Manager (luxury retail ecommerce & digital marketing exp. req.) Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail ecommerce experience required
• Experience with SEO and Facebook marketing required
• Background utilizing affiliate marketing required
• Well-versed with Google Analytics required
• Able and willing to work onsite daily required
