Ecommerce Manager (D2C retail ecommerce & digital marketing exp. req.) Description 

Our client, a high-end accessories designer and manufacturer, is looking to add an Ecommerce Manager to their Team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing their two websites and their digital marketing channels. Working in conjunction with their external agencies and partners, you will create and execute their ecommerce strategy across both brands. Their in-house Web Team is comprised of two brand managers, a social media lead, and digital content coordinator who focuses on their photography archive. Given their footprint in the luxury market, they’re seeking candidates with D2C ecommerce. Someone who can easily speak to their success maintaining website functionality, supporting successful product launches, and enhancing digital engagement. With products sold in Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue and press features in Harpers Bazaar, Goop, Oprah Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal, you can make an impact within a highly revered company without having to travel to Manhattan. Ecommerce Manager (D2C retail ecommerce & digital marketing exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Oversee the ecommerce team (3) and drive individual accountability  
•    Own online customer experience (web design, navigation, checkout process, etc.)  
•    Develop ecommerce strategy and manage timelines for on-time product launches
•    Analyze each website’s traffic and sales data to identify trends 
•    Review website content and ensure the aesthetics of the site exemplify brand standards 
•    Manage relationships with third-party vendors, affiliates, and photographers
•    Work with external advertising team and manage ad placement reviewing budget vs. revenue 
•    Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines
•    Program Shopify for a variety of promotional sales and implement email campaigns
•    Work closely with account management on the websites of retail partners 
•    Identify opportunities to enhance online sales and revenue

Ecommerce Manager (D2C retail ecommerce & digital marketing exp. req.) Qualifications  

•    Minimum 3 years of D2C retail ecommerce experience required  
•    Thorough technical knowledge of website functionality and design required 
•    Well-versed implementing D2C digital marketing strategies required 
•    Shopify experience required 
•    Able and willing to work onsite daily required
