eCommerce Assistant (Jewelry & eCommerce exp. req.) Description

Our client in the jewelry wholesale industry is looking for an eCommerce Assistant to add to their team in New York, NY. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing both B2B and D2C accounts, ensuring exceptional customer support, and coordinating various aspects of the e-commerce operations. You will be given the freedom to try new things and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment where employees enjoy coming to work each day. eCommerce Assistant (Jewelry & eCommerce exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Create product proposals for accounts, including imaging new product
•    Complete spec sheets for approved products from vendor proposals
•    Enter new product and order information into the database
•    Ensure product data is up to date across all accounts
•    Coordinate content with graphic designer, photographer
•    Manage marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay
•    Monitor account performance and strive to meet or exceed expectations
•    Reconcile any data or product level issues 
•    Verify all open orders have been shipped and closed on customers' portals
•    Address customer concerns and general product inquiries
•    Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, and marketplace portals 

eCommerce Assistant (Jewelry & eCommerce exp. req.) Qualifications

•    1+ year E-Commerce experience required
•    Jewelry experience required
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
•    Basic photo editing (ex: Photoshop) experience a plus
