eCommerce Assistant, Jewelry (proposals, listing support) Description

Our client in the jewelry wholesale industry is looking for an eCommerce Assistant to add to their team in New York, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce Manager with proposals, product listings and descriptions, orders, and reporting, while ensuring exceptional customer service for all B2B and D2C accounts. eCommerce Assistant, Jewelry (proposals, listing support) Responsibilities

•    Assist with product proposals for accounts, including imaging new product
•    Complete spec sheets for approved products from vendor proposals
•    Enter new product and order information into the database
•    Ensure product data is up to date across all accounts
•    Coordinate content with graphic designer, photographer
•    Monitor account performance and strive to meet or exceed expectations
•    Reconcile any data or product level issues 
•    Verify all open orders have been shipped and closed on customers' portals
•    Address customer concerns and general product inquiries
•    Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, and marketplace portals 

eCommerce Assistant, Jewelry (proposals, listing support) Qualifications

•    1+ years of eCommerce experience required
•    1+ years of product descriptions or listings support experience preferred
•    Jewelry knowledge/experience is preferred
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, required
