You’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts from order initiation through delivery, ensuring technical requirements are met, timelines are maintained, and quality standards are upheld. Technical Service Specialist (Precision Machining) Responsibilities
• Act as the point of contact for customers regarding orders, lead times, and technical inquiries
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner
• Provide regular updates on job progress, delivery schedules, and potential delays
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to process and track customer orders
• Document customer requirements including specifications, tolerances, and deadlines
• Assist with quoting, pricing, and contract negotiation
• Ensure alignment of customer expectations with ISO 9001 quality control standards
• Partner with quality assurance to address non-conformance issues
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Gather and share customer feedback to improve service and production efficiency
• Work with engineering and production teams to resolve technical challenges
• Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction
Technical Service Specialist (Precision Machining) Qualifications
• Customer support experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills required
• Experience in order tracking, scheduling, and production coordination required
• Must be able to work onsite in Waseca, MN
