Luxury Sales Associate 
Location: North Dallas, TX (near Vitruvian Park)   
On Target Yearly Earnings (base + commissions): $70,000-$95,000
Base Salary: $55,000-$69,000 (paid hourly) + Uncapped Commissions
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO

Core Hours: 40 hours; must be able to work weekends; Schedule will vary
Store Hours: Monday-Saturday, 11 AM – 6 PM, Sunday 12 PM – 6 PM 

Luxury Sales Associate (retail sales exp. req.) Description 

Our client, a luxury jewelry designer, is looking to add a Sales Associate to their location in Dallas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse clientele and creating meaningful experiences that drive sales activities. They’re looking for candidates who understand presentation is key when building relationships with more upscale buyers. Someone who can be composed and discreet with their high-valued products while having a confident and elevated presence that will allow for more rapport and buy-in from their client base. Whether you have luxury sales experience or have worked with more traditional retailers, they’re searching for candidates who are coachable, and service minded. They have a comprehensive product training program that will give you all the resources you need to be successful. Most of their sales team has been with them for 10 years, which is a testament to the culture they have created. If you would prefer partnering with a company that has that smaller feel and less of that large corporate bureaucracy, this would be an excellent match.    

Luxury Sales Associate (retail sales exp. req.) Responsibilities 

•    Greet customers and educate them on current promotions
•    Maintain inventory awareness and recommend merchandise  
•    Discover customer needs through a consultative sale approach

•    Foster repeat business by building relationships with customers
