Luxury Sales Associate 
Location: Galleria Dallas 
On Target Yearly Earnings (base + commissions): $70,000-$95,000
Base Salary: $55,000-$69,000 (paid hourly) + Uncapped Commissions
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO  
Job Type: Full-Time 
Core Hours: 40 hours; must be able to work weekends; Schedule will vary   
Store Hours: Monday-Saturday, 11 AM – 6 PM, Sunday 12 PM – 6 PM 

Luxury Sales Associate (retail sales exp. req.) Description 

We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s, a luxury jewelry designer, to expand their sales team at their Galleria location in Dallas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse clientele and creating meaningful experiences that drive sales activities for their finest hand-selected diamonds, designer jewelry, and timepieces. They are looking for candidates who understand presentation is key. Someone who can be composed and discreet while having a confident and elevated presence that will allow for more rapport from their client base. Whether you have luxury sales experience or have worked with more traditional retailers, they are searching for candidates who are coachable, and service minded. They have a comprehensive product training program that will give you all the resources you need to be successful. Most of their sales team has been with them for 10 years, which is a testament to the culture they have created. Unlike larger organizations, you will never feel like just another number with them. Luxury Sales Associate (retail sales exp. req.) Responsibilities 

•    Greet customers and educate them on current promotions
•    Maintain inventory awareness and recommend merchandise  
•    Discover customer needs through a consultative sale approach 
•    Implement strategies to boost sales and profitability
•    Maintain a visually appealing, organized store 
•    Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally 
•    Foster repeat business by building relationships with customers 
•    Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently 
•    Update customer records within CRM system 
•    Maintain brand standards and pursue continuous product training 
•    Achieve individual and store goals for sales and customer acquisition 

Luxury Sales Associate (retail sales exp. req.) Qualifications

•    2+ years of retail sales experience required 
•    Exceptional presentation and communication skills required 
•    Ability to work weekends and holidays required
