Technical Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities

•    Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and orders
•    Recommend products based on customer needs and technical requirements
•    Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and order confirmations
•    Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations teams
•    Maintain up-to-date CRM records of all customer interactions
•    Track orders and coordinate shipping and delivery timelines
•    Generate sales reports and insights 
•    Deliver presentations on company products and capabilities
•    Assist in resolving technical issues and failure analysis

Technical Sales Support Specialist Qualifications

•    Technical sales or sales support in the industrial/manufacturing industry required
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
•    CRM experience required 
•    Must be able to work onsite
