Project Manager (Electrical or Mechanical Exp. Req.) Description

Our client, a leader in the electrical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Project Manager to support the expansion of a large-scale manufacturing facility just southwest of Pittsburgh, PA. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will help coordinate the design, installation, and commissioning of critical systems including electrical, HVAC, gas, water, and compressed air infrastructure. This is a pivotal role ensuring project milestones are achieved. The ideal candidate brings strong project coordination skills and a background in electrical or mechanical systems. Project Manager (Electrical or Mechanical Exp. Req.) Responsibilities

•    Assist with the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets
•    Coordinate utility and infrastructure system installations
•    Interface with contractors, vendors, and engineers to resolve issues
•    Support procurement by reviewing specs and compliance standards
•    Monitor project risks and assist with mitigation planning
•    Track technical documentation and project deliverables
•    Participate in design reviews and construction meetings
•    Provide field support during installation and system startup
•    Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
•    Maintain internal progress tracking and reporting tools
•    Support internal communication and document management
•    Proactively identify and escalate delays or technical concerns

Project Manager (Electrical or Mechanical Exp. Req.) Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related is required
•    5+ years of project management experience required
•    Experience related to manufacturing, construction, OR industrial facilities is required
•    Electrical or mechanical experience is required
•    Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings required
•    Ability to work 100% on-site is required
