Building Maintenance Engineer (commercial property maintenance exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Oversee the cleanliness of all building areas
•    Assist with routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
•    Perform minor repairs, including light fixtures and plumbing
•    Respond to work order requests 
•    Operate and maintain equipment
•    Coordinate parts and inventory with vendors 
•    Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
•    Communicate with tenants and contractors 
•    Respond to tenant emergencies after hours as needed (very minimal)

Building Maintenance Engineer (commercial building maintenance exp. req.) Qualifications

•    3+ years of commercial building maintenance experience required 
•    HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience required 
•    Valid Washington state driver’s license required
