Account Executive Description

Our client in the IT and Cybersecurity Services industry is looking for an Account Executive to add to their team in Rochester, New York. This is primarily an in-office role with minimal local travel required. You will be responsible for growing and cultivating new accounts and nurturing existing customers to ensure satisfaction and life-long relationships. Account Executive Responsibilities

• Grow a pipeline of prospective customers
• Develop new business opportunities
• Convert leads into sales
• Follow up on existing quotes and proposals
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives
• Assist in preparing proposals
• Cultivate and nurture customer accounts
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers
• Collaborate with marketing on collateral, tradeshows, and events

Account Executive Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales experience required
• Cold calling experience required
• Impeccable verbal, written, and listening skills required
