Advertising Agency Creative Director (Remote Flexibility) Description

Our client in the video production service industry is looking for an Advertising Agency Creative Director to add to their team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will carry out the agency’s standards by leading and guiding a team of two as well as freelancers as part of the creative team. You would be responsible for understanding the objective of the client and project in addition to keeping the team aligned in building the product to meet the client’s vision. Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, organized, and willing to help where needed. Previous experience working with large scale B2B clientele or with video is a plus. To be successful in the role, you must remain confident under pressure and able to address any issues that may arise with a level head. Advertising Agency Creative Director (Remote Flexibility) Responsibilities

• Estimate project duration for design
• Track design costs, and communicate changes to the teams to manage budget
• Protect profitability of projects, and record hours
• Communicate all conditions related to market and client services in a timely manner
• Collaborate with writers to optimize script and visual
• Translate client needs into the creative process
• Estimate design (editing, animation) project costs
• Supervise creative disciplines during production
• Capture emerging trends and design innovation to maintain industry position
• Participate in creative and production meetings
• Supervise print and alternative media production in addition to standard video production
• Present concepts and designs to clients and lead design reviews with clients
• Provide design, art direction, and layout for sales sheets, proposals, video demos, and website
• Advise on proposal generation

Advertising Agency Creative Director (Remote Flexibility) Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative Director, Writer, or Art Director experience required
• Video production experience required
• Design process management, project planning, and creative direction experience required
• Ability to work in-office on Wednesdays required
• Ability to travel locally for production shoots and occasionally out of state required
