Location: Charlotte, NC
Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 DOE (1st year OTE $90k -$189k)

B2B Inside Sales Representative Description

Our client, a lead manufacturer of innovative computer solutions for the medical and industrial industries, is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to add to their growing team in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for building upon and closing new business from incoming sales leads, primarily over the phone. To thrive in this role, you must have B2B sales experience and be technically literate. B2B Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound sales leads via the phone
• Develop and close new inbound business
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and pending purchase orders
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of services and value proposition
• Partner with product management team and sales engineers
• Help identify solutions for prospects
• Ensure customer needs are defined accurately
• Connect with decision makers via the phone and occasionally face-to-face
• Conduct sales presentations
• Attend trade shows and other educational meetings (~1x/quarter)

B2B Inside Sales Representative Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience required
• Excellent telephone presence and communication skills required
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel and PPT required
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally (~1x/quarter)
