Our client in the Machinery Manufacturing industry is looking for a Sales Representative to add to their team in Oostburg, WI. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing strategies to expand the robotics/palletizing footprint in North America while also managing and growing relationships with an established customer base. It is essential to attract new clients and create new accounts to be successful in this role. To thrive in this role, you must have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain a high quality of work while presented with several tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Travel throughout assigned territory as well as European facility
• Contact existing and prospective customers
• Develop sales strategies
• Analyze existing customer equipment
• Recommend upgrades or replacements
• Coordinate visits and implement full system solutions to prospective customers
• Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing, or data
• Demonstrate company’s equipment to customers
• Provide custom opportunities and solutions to customers
• Meet assigned expectations for profitability
• Liaison between sales, marketing, and applications engineers
• Develop a daily/weekly call list; maintain logs in CRM
• Estimate date of delivery to customer
• Complete customer account plans to meet company standards

• 3+ years of related packaging industry or robotics manufacturer experience required
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Willingness to travel up to 35%, domestically and to Canada, required
