Salary: $64,900 + $1,500 sign-on bonus + Performance Bonus up to 20%

Area Brand Manager (Daily travel req) Description

Our client in the Tobacco Industry is looking for an Area Brand Manager to add to their team in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you will contribute to the successful execution of strategic business plans and marketing programs across your assigned region. To accomplish this, you will be provided exceptional training, including comprehensive selling skills training and coaching support, that enables individuals to leverage their strengths to successfully achieve targeted commercial sales objectives. You will be responsible for developing superior product knowledge and effectively educating and engaging adult nicotine customers in dialogue about your nicotine products. To be successful in this role, you must the ability to build collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be well organized, driven, and motivated. Relo/Mobility: You will be trained in Colorado Springs, CO and must be willing to relocate to a permanent territory in a surrounding state if needed (Paid Relocation) within 12 months of starting

Area Brand Manager (Daily travel req) Responsibilities

● Represent the company at various events, trade shows, and/or consumer events
● Assess sales performance, market trends, and competitor data and suggests
● Implement appropriate actions to enhance brand performance across the region
● Function independently away from the Company’s locations
● Complete administrative sales-related tasks
● Provide coverage for vacant Territory Manager assignments
● Identify and negotiate contracts with new retail customer opportunities
● Assist with enhancing brand activation efforts across the region
● Capture and report business opportunities
● Assist with building plans to address areas of softness or opportunity
● Help in establishing a Hyper Market plan for the local Region

Area Brand Manager (Daily travel req) Qualifications

● Associate’s Degree or higher required
● Marketing or Sales experience required
● Valid Driver’s License required
● Willingness to travel daily as needed to service territory required
● Mobility required - You will be assigned your permanent territory within 12 months of starting and must be willing to relocate to that territory if needed (Paid Relocation)
