Salary: $95,000-$110,000 DOE + Bonus

Conveyor Manufacturing Supervisor Description

Our client in the automation industry is looking for a Conveyor Manufacturing Supervisor to add to their team just south of the DFW airport in Texas. Reporting to VP of Warehouse Operations, you will provide hands-on leadership to the manufacturing floor crew to streamline automation. Our client is looking for an individual with at least five years of manufacturing experience who has direct experience manufacturing conveyors and conveyor belts, including parcel sorting machines. Beyond that, ideal candidates will have proven leadership ability for a sizable team and knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, and demand creation that takes a proactive approach. Conveyor Manufacturing Supervisor Responsibilities

● Maintain production output, product quality, and shipping deliveries
● Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations
● Ensure all manufacturing activities are managed appropriately
● Manage the performance of the manufacturing team of 30+ employees
● Deploy the business strategy, implementation, and communication
● Oversee the development and performance of the team
● Comply with, and support the Health, Safety & Environmental policies, and procedures
● Work with cross-functional departments
● Perform Kaizen events
● Increase production capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs
● Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
● Commit to plant safety procedures
● Develop metrics to track and optimize metrics performance
● Ability to create accountability and to lead by example

Conveyor Manufacturing Supervisor Qualifications

● 5+ years of Manufacturing experience required
● Direct experience manufacturing conveyors, conveyor belts and parcel sorting machines required
● 3+ years of Managing or Supervising within a Manufacturing environment required
